Why this work matters to me
I’ve been the owner trying to run the business and make sense of the numbers at the same time.
Years ago, I ran a small creative service business. I understood the work and cared deeply about serving clients, but the financial side did not have a dependable system underneath it. Like many owners, I sometimes relied too heavily on the bank balance, fell behind on important financial routines, and carried more anxiety than clarity about what the numbers meant.
That experience is part of why I approach bookkeeping without judgment. Disorganized books are not evidence that someone is careless or incapable. More often, they are what happens when a person is carrying every part of a business and the financial system was never designed to support them properly.
For more than twelve years, I have also worked consultatively with organizations—listening carefully, translating complicated information, and helping people choose practical solutions. Full Signal Bookkeeping brings those experiences together.
